Women have lower average salaries, work more often part time, and have more career breaks. This leads to women receiving half as much retirement benefits - while living several years longer than men. In this workshop, designed especially for women (especially us living in Germany) you will receive an introduction to financial products and concrete steps how to start managing your own money. The workshop will take place in English.
Claudia Müller has several years of international work experience at the German Central Bank (Bundesbank) where she was responsible for Green Finance. In 2017 she founded the Female Finance Forum, a community in which women learn about money management and financial products. Claudia wants to enable and encourage women to make their own, independent financial decisions. She offers talks and workshops to employers and institutions that focus on gender equality and diversity.
