Dinner Club Special 'Breakfast at Mona's" in Frankfurt

We Had a Great Time in Frankfurt! Sunday 25 May 2025

What a fantastic day we had at our joint breakfast with 20 wonderful ladies from our FAWCO sister club, AIWC Frankfurt! The event took place at the cozy and charming Mona's American Breakfast, where warm conversations and hearty food made for a truly memorable morning. A group of 11 members from Heidelberg made the trip, most of us traveling by train. It turned out to be a bit of an adventure—our usual RB trains were unexpectedly cancelled, which meant our member Sandra couldn't meet us in Mannheim as planned and arrived about 30 minutes later. Thankfully, the return journey was smooth (though the train was absolutely packed!).

The highlight of the morning? Besides the delicious spread of buttermilk pancakes, English muffins, hashbrowns, and more, it was the icebreaker questions that really got the conversations flowing. Each table had a set of prompts, and before long, we were chatting, laughing, and discovering just how much we had in common.
