Our club, Heidelberg International Women’s Club (HIWC), is honored and proud to host the next FAWCO Biennial Conference in Heidelberg. The Conference Team in Heidelberg is excited to welcome FAWCO members from around the world and to share the very best of our beautiful city with you.

Heidelberg is home to Germany’s oldest university and is renowned for its charming medieval Old Town, picturesque castle, and stunning setting along the Neckar River. In 2014, Heidelberg was designated a UNESCO City of Literature, reflecting its rich literary heritage and long-standing connection to writers and poets, including Mark Twain and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who both spent time in the city.

In March 2027, Heidelberg will have the pleasure of welcoming FAWCO members for this special gathering. We look forward to sharing our city, our club, and our hospitality with you—and to creating wonderful memories together.

As a member of the Heidelberg International Women’s Club, you are automatically a member of FAWCO (Federation of American Women’s Clubs Overseas). We are delighted to bring our international community together here in Heidelberg and look forward to welcoming you in 2027!
