The annual membership fee is only 50 EUR and is valid from the day you register on this website.
Membership dues contribute to Club events/activities and provide you exclusive member benefits. You’ll get the monthly Member Newsletter, weekly Upcoming Events newsletter, and access to the Members Only section of the Heidelberg IWC website which has the Club Calendar and additional resources. You’ll be able to join the private Heidelberg IWC Facebook and WhatsApp groups and get invitations to all club events, and occasionally free or reduced entry for special Club events. Dues may also go, in part, towards our charitable efforts.
Membership dues are nonrefundable. Questions? Get in touch, we’d be happy to answer them.
 
How to make payment:
After applying for membership online with the form below, membership dues can be paid via bank transfer (Überweisung). If you are a permanent resident of Germany, you may also choose to pay your membership by SEPA Direct Debit. This saves time for both parties: you don’t need to keep track of renewal dates, and we avoid sending payment reminders.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

If you would like to become a member, please complete the membership form below. Please inform yourself about the current statutes and the privacy policy beforehand. Both must be acknowledged in the membership application. Your membership will be confirmed once we have received your payment. 

*All information submitted on the registration form is handled according to our privacy policy. Only active and registered HIWC Members will be able to see your information in the Member Directory; it is never shown or shared with the public.*
